Multiple Oregon counties are under evacuation orders ranging from Level 1 to Level 3 Go Now as wildfires burn across Baker, Grant, Jackson, Umatilla, Wheeler, and other counties. The Lower Dry Creek Fire has destroyed at least five homes near Milton-Freewater.

Governor Tina Kotek has invoked Oregon's Emergency Conflagration Act multiple times this week for fires in Umatilla, Wheeler, Deschutes, and Jefferson counties. Over 1,650 residents are under Go Now evacuation orders as fires spread rapidly.
